01: In-person — Metro Vancouver
Small-group forest bathing sessions in Metro Vancouver parks. Led by Dr. Tara Tiger Brown, certified Forest and Nature Immersion Guide trained in Japan and Canada, and informed by five years of clinical fieldwork.

- Group size: 1–15
- Location: Metro Vancouver park of your choosing
- Included: tea gathering and reflection after the walk
- Safety: remote first-aid certified

02: Experience Nature From Wherever You Are
The same methodology, adapted for remote delivery. Designed for groups who can’t access a forest together — or who want to experience their local green space with guided structure.
- Session length: 60–120 minutes
- Group size: up to 25
- Platform: Zoom
- Included: instructions for making a simple wildcraft tea at home
- Available internationally
